Gaming is not entirely known for its healthiness. But in fact, gaming can be really helpful and can suit anyone that wants a try. Gaming is everything around consoles, computers, and nowadays phones. There are many games you can play. For example, if you are in a basketball team and you play basketball games, it could help you upgrade your tactics and team spirit. Games also increases your hand-eye coordination, which is helpful in life. Plus, as technology comes, more and more games are becoming interactive with your whole body, so you don't need to stay put to play games. Also, games are a very useful way to pass down history and information to people in a fun way. Every tastes will have a game they are looking for, if they try one.

Gaming is the future, and it hardly has any negative side effects - apart from those who are addicted and don't regulate their schedules, causing them to become unhealthy physically, but still mentally active.
