Favorite sports moment by: Jade Dupuis

My favorite sports moment was when Georges St. Pierre, the welterweight UFC champion, won against Carlos Condit after his long recovery of a knee injury. He fought November 17th 2012 at the Bell Centre in Montreal. At the 5th round, GSP won by unanimous decision! It was such a relief when he won, because after being out for so long, I wasn't sure he would make the cut against Carlos Condit since he's a really good mixed martial artist. The reason why this was my favorite sports moment is really because of GSP since I'm a huge fan of him! To my eyes, he is the best UFC fighter in the welterweight division, and really deserves to be champion since he was only defeated twice. He fought and earned his place to the top and I  hope that he remains so on November 16th!
