Hockey is my true passion, hockey is the sport I am playing for 11 years now. When I play hockey it makes me real like I belong in this sport and not in any other sport. At the age of 3, I was on the ice with my dad who was learning me how to skate. He thought me how to skate and even how to play hockey. I am very thankful to my dad because in the weekends he would wake up at 5 o'clock to go the hockey practice when I was 4 or 5. If my dad would've not been there I would have never played hockey because it was my dad who made me start. My dad is always encouraging and will always support me. 3 years ago, my hockey team did a hockey tournament in Europe, I had so much pleasure and because of hockey it made me visit other countries. Hockey is my passion but I know I won't play in the NHL so I am not playing hockey for the competition but for fun and passion. I will play as long as I can but when it will be an obstacle for me in my study's I will stop and concentrate on school because school is as much important, it is rare a Québécois hockey player makes the NHL so you need to concentrate on school. Hockey has made me love sport and it made me improve a lot of my skills that I hadn't when I started, it can also keep in shape. I love hockey and I always will!
Going to Europe for hockey must have been so much fun! I can tell that this sport has been an important part of your life and has been a special activity that you have been able to share with your dad!

ReplyDeleteWow! Going to Europe must have been awesome! I, too, owe a lot to my father. He has always been in the stands or on the bench, as a coach, encouraging and supporting me. I can relate to you since I share the same passion for hockey!
